Check out Spain: On the Road Again on PBS

What's your fantasy vacation? A roadtrip through Spain with Mario Batali, Gwyneth Paltrow, Mark Bittman, and Spanish actress Claudia Bassols?

You can at least watch this trip unfold on Friday nights on PBS. Spain: On the Road Again "showcases the pleasures of Spain, the country's regional cuisine, art, history, and culture, as it's never been seen before."

The show's web site includes a behind-the-scenes blog, photos, recipes and an episode guide.

The series premieres on Friday night (Sept. 26) in Austin on KLRU. Check out the first episode at 10pm. The local airing schedule looks a little variable though, so check out this series schedule on KLRU's site so you don't miss any episodes.

Also looks like iTunes will have downloadable episodes starting Friday, Sept. 26th, as well.

Of course, there's a companion book available in October.
